Public Offer

1. Subject of the offer

This public offer is a proposal by VRC Cosmetics (hereinafter, the Provider) to enter into an agreement for the provision of regulatory consulting services in the cosmetics sector.

2. Services

• Preparation and audit of the CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)
• Development and review of cosmetic product labelling
• Preparation of the Product Information File (PIF)
• Responsible Person services and CPNP notification
• Selection and coordination of product testing
• Strategic regulatory consulting

3. Ordering procedure

Services are ordered by submitting the contact form on the website, after which the parties agree the scope, timelines and price on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pricing

The price of each service is set individually depending on the scope and complexity of the case. The final price is fixed in the contract or invoice before work begins.

5. Confidentiality

The Provider guarantees the confidentiality of all materials and information about the Client's products in line with the contract terms and applicable law.
